Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective armor and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
